  • What's your return policy?

    We stock and sell only the highest quality condiments available. We can not offer refunds on our products as they are perishable. We do however, address every customer's unique situation separately as 100% customer satisfaction is our goal. We will do everything within our power to make sure every customer has a satisfying experience with us.


  • What are your shipping policies?
    We ship UPS ground for all orders within the United States. For orders to Canada, the UK, or any other country, we have found that it is more cost effective to ship US Postal Service.

    We have some businesses that place orders and email their UPS account numbers for us to use. That is perfectly fine. Just include the UPS account number in the comments section during checkout or use our contact form. Any difference in shipping cost will be corrected before your card is charged on the day of shipment.

    All orders are packed and shipped within two business days unless circumstances do not permit. If you are located on the East Coast, expect your order to arrive in 1-3 days. Shipping to the West Coast usually takes a little longer at approximately 3-6 days.


  • My package arrived with a broken bottle(s).

    As well as we try to pack all of our customer's orders carefully, occasionally a glass bottle(s) will break in transit to its destination. If you receive an order with a broken bottle, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue in a timely manner.


  • Do you ship international? If so, how will it be shipped and how much will it cost?

    Yes, we do. When you proceed to checkout our cart will calculate the cost of shipping based on current USPS rates. If you are interested in placing a large order, you may wish to contact us first so that we can explore less costly options.


  • Do you offer wholesale pricing?

    Yes, we do. We are proud to name the Ritz Carlton, MGM Grand, a major Hollywood Studio and countless inns and restaurants as our wholesale customers. If you are interested in placing a large wholesale order, please contact us for a custom quote.


  • I have a product that I would like to start selling on Ketchup World. How do I go about doing so?

    Please send a sample of each product to us. We'll test your product and let you know what we think. We love receiving sauce in the mail!

  • The product I'm looking to purchase is out of stock. How long will it be before I can make a purchase?

    We deal with over 100 different distributors in an effort to make all of our unique products available to our customers. Occasionally a large order can wipe out all remaining inventory making the product unavailable. We try our best to get every product that is out of stock within 2-4 weeks. However, International products that need to be imported may take longer to acquire. We continue to work hard at making sure every product is available for our customers.
